H & Q Lofts are considered one of the best racing/breeding lofts in all Spain today. H & Q Lofts specialize in Middle to Long Distance racing, their favorite races are International One Loft Races. Every year they have many visitors from Europe and other parts of the World to see the pigeons that have made H & Q Lofts World famous.
The H & Q Lofts was established in 1994, in Tafira (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) and with posteriority moved to Arucas in the same Gran Canaria Island.
The predominant winds from NE light. The lofts management is keept jointly by Samuel and his father Esteban, that work for to get the firsts places with his pigeons in the races in the Canary Islands, National level and International on different one loft races around of the world.
Both fond of the pigeons from their youth, having already had pigeons in the La Palma Island. Since 2002 we sell racing pigeons of hight quality, not only in Spain but for the rest of the world.
Since 2005 H & Q Lofts had set up with fanciers from Qingdao (P.R. of China) a partnership for the breeding and racing of our pigeons in that country.
Here in Canary Islands the races are from the rest of islands (Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura), from Madeira Island (Portugal) and the near African coast (Morocco). Normally the distances are from 100 Km. till 1.050 Km.
The pigeons fly crossing the sea and for this, the races are very hard, with important loss, but that make SPECIAL pigeon colony.

Together with the acquisition of the very best of Van der Wegen, Janssen, Meulemans, Wijnands, Gyselbrecht, and Vandenebeele bloodlines, we incorporated a family of pigeons, which remained at the top of the Federation and International level.
The main characteristic from our pigeons are, a good health that they transmit at his descents, a perfect plumage, very soft; a big bravery and of course an intelligence excellent that it allow to be victorious in any situation.

In conlusion
To visit the most famous pigeon loft of Spain, is a guarantee for a return with sensational birds. The father-son partnership are exceptional fanciers, that list top results with top pigeons; they are the cream of the crop in Spanish pigeon racing; real fanciers of the highest class with pigeons of absolute world class, as can be confirmed by their results which are breathtaking to say the least. Much has been said about this partnership, one conclusion is drawn by everyone . . . a better colony of top racing birds does not exist! Their National and International results over the last year have proven that, your good work and effort are satisfactory.
